FIRST ANNUAL RAPTORS ON THE RANCH
Join us for two days of fun on the ranch! This is the first annual Raptors On The Ranch meet up hosted by Cycle Ranch and Raptors & Rifles.
We are a 501(C)3 charitable organization. This means 100% of your donations are tax deductible. Our goal is to get as many veterans, active duty, first responders, and their families out to our events. Your donations go to allowing us the ability to provide transportation, fuel, lodging, entries, etc. which enables our sponsored drivers to attend these events worry, and financially free. We believe this to be dirt therapy that can bring camaraderie, family, and friendship out to overcome previous trauma and experiences. We could not do this with out y'all. Your support means the world to us!
Cycle Ranch has graciously opened up their 100 acre ranch to let us explore the terrain in our Raptors or pre runners. We have camp outs planned Friday thru Sunday for those that want to partake.
The course will include a full length track that goes through multiple terrains, jumps, silt beds, turn tracks and more!
The final time trial will be held Sunday with the championship belt being presenting at the conclusion of the event.
Cycle Ranch Cafe will be open for breakfast, and throughout the day offering breakfast pastries, coffee, and smoothies a la cart throughout the day. Lunch will be provided with your entry.
We will be organizing dinner arrangements with either cookouts, or can bring offsite food into the event.

Friday:
4:00 - Gates open for overnight camping
7:00 - Group camp fire/ Cookout

Saturday:
9:00 - Driver meeting/ Safety Brief
9:15 - Group track run (entire course)
9:45 - Open track runs (entire course)
5:00 - BBQ, Raffle, Veteran introductions
7:00 - Night run, night photos w/ off-road lighting
Sunday:
9:00 - Track open
10:30 - Time trials begin ( Modified time trial course
TBD - Crown time trial champion/ Present belt
4:00 - Depart Cycle Ranch

Cycle Ranch Requirements:
- Occupants must wear DOT approved helmets
- Fire extinguishers STRONGLY encouraged
